Your Consultation lasts around 45 minutes, depending on complexity.  We take a holistic approach, which starts with a Pre-Assessment Form identifying physical characteristics, related medical conditions & workplace functions. These are discussed further during your Consultation, alongside any possible workplace constraints.

Our Consultant will give recommendations to improve your workplace set-up, which may include specialist ergonomic equipment; office chair, height adjustable desk & laptop/desktop ergonomic accessories (mice, keyboard, document slope etc).  You'll get the opportunity to try out various options & set-ups to ensure the optimal one, in terms of both comfort & support, is selected.

The full range of Ergonomic Equipment is available for comparative trial during Consultations at one of our Centres, or pre- selected items can be brought to your place of work.  See our 'Consultation Fees' page for further details.

Where Clients are refered by Occupational Health, Health & Safety, Human Resources or Procurement Executives at their Workplace, a full written report can be supplied detailing our Consultants recommendations.  Our GDPR compliancy policy is available on request.

In all cases, any equipment ordered will be delivered & set-up onsite according to the Consultants specific instructions. We never just ship a chair in a box!  Full training will also be given on making any adjustments.
